How does it work?

Floating therapy was developed by the American neurologist John Lilly, who championed the beneficial effects of the sensorial ‘relaxation’ of the mind.
Flotation Capsules are 2.4m deep, 1.2m wide, 1.2m high and contains 30 cm of water (600 litres) with 320-360 kg of Epsom salts added.
The concentration of salt gives you the feeling of complete weightlessness which allows you to relax your mind and rid your body of the stress that bombards us on a daily basis
After just a one-hour session, you will feel completely relaxed and your skin will feel remarkably soft.
Background music can be requested as for many this adds to the relaxed atmosphere.
